ROTARY GOOD CITIZENSHIP AWARD - QUALIFICATIONS and NOMINATION 2019

Any man or woman, irrespective of race, color, or religion, who has been a citizen of Sheboygan County for many years, is eligible for this award.
The candidate must have an exemplary record as a citizen; be loyal to our country, its ideals and institutions; and perform civic duties efficiently and well. He/she has taken an active part in the life of the community and in making Sheboygan County a desirable place to live. Keeping well-informed concerning community affairs, he/she has given freely of time and energy to advance community interests.
The candidate must be of good character and exemplify high standards and ethics. The man or woman must have a long record of vocational success and proficiency and must exemplify the Rotary 4-Way Test.
